I know what it’s like.

I know what it’s like to rely on distractions to numb out my true heart’s desire, allowing me to forget about the things I really want in life. And no matter what I do, they never go away, gnawing at me in the back of my mind and leaving me feeling like I’ll never get what I truly want. I know the feeling of that helplessness, that disappointment, that frustration.

I know what it’s like being driven by what other people think, causing me to make choices about myself and my life only to please them and as a result, not really knowing who I am. I know that feeling of emptiness and loneliness that comes from being judged and misunderstood. And I know that ever-present fear of not trusting myself.

I have experienced all of this and more, but I also know what it’s like to hear the gentle but unrelenting whisper of my heart calling me forward into the unknown waters of my deep inner being. I know what it’s like to be terrified to move forward into the unknown and being brave enough to go anyway. What I didn’t know, was that this inner journey was the solution to everything I had been longing for.

This was the way to know my true self, the way to cultivate that self-love and self-acceptance that is so crucial to one’s own happiness. I found the solution to erase the negative feelings that were keeping me from who I truly was.

You only need to take the first step.

It is my desire to help you find your heart’s longing and to know that deep self-love that is your birthright. Through this inner journey, the walls separating you from who you truly are and from what you truly want will dissolve, and of all the things you desire for yourself and your life, unconditional self-love will be your greatest reward.

You can walk through your fear and reticence, it just takes one step – with me holding your hand – to begin this journey and you will see that after that first step, the second will be easier. Once you start, you will want to keep going, finding your joy and love and fulfilled prayers all along the way.

This is a sacred heart journey where I love to create the space for you to discover your own divinity, beauty, grace, full-expression and absolute love that you are. This journey sets you free because it is the journey of becoming and living the truth of who you really are.

This is the journey that gently unwraps the layers of untrue beliefs and negative thought patterns uncovering the most exquisite beautiful jewel inside your precious sacred heart, the real you. Through this process, when you dare to participate with your whole heart, you will discover your Diamond Light, a glow from within that carries you through the most challenging obstacles. Once you discover that glowing light, no matter what is happening around you, the jewel inside you radiates a deep inner peace and unshakable joy that nothing and no one can take from you.
